End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Use

Welcome to SocialTrend.ai! This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “Subscriber,” or “Licensee”) and SocialTrend.ai (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement governs access to and use of our services, platform, website, and software located at https://socialtrend.ai (the “Website” or “Service”).
Please carefully review this Agreement before accessing or using the Service. By using the Service, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy located at https://socialtrend.ai/privacy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with this Agreement or our Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
1. Definitions
- “Software” refers to SocialTrend.ai’s proprietary platform, including any updates, modifications, and accompanying documentation.
- “Licensee” refers to any individual or entity authorized to use the Software and Services under this Agreement.
- “Content” refers to all materials, data, text, images, videos, audio, software, and other digital assets accessible through the Service.
- “Account” refers to the registered User profile required for accessing certain features of the Service.
2. License Grant
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Software and Service for personal or business purposes. This license does not grant you ownership rights over the Software.
3. Age & Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By accessing the Website, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Modifications & Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after modifications signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to:
- Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Software without authorization.
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
- Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Impersonate the Company or other Users.
6. Security & Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately. We are not liable for loss or damages resulting from unauthorized Account access.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software, Website, and all related Content are owned by the Company and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
8. User-Generated Content & Compliance
Users may post content, but all submissions must comply with legal standards and our Content Policies. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any inappropriate content.
9. Data Privacy & Usage
We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR, COPPA, and other applicable data protection laws.
10. Subscription & Payment Terms
Users purchasing premium services agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with our Subscription Terms. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
11. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as email CRMs. We are not responsible for third-party data handling practices.
12. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of this Agreement.
13. No Warranties & Disclaimers
We provide the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted availability.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement.
16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, USA. You waive the right to a jury trial.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming.
18. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
19. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company.
