Payment Data.
We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We provide AI Products through third-party service providers (“AI Service Providers”), including OpenAI. We do not use your personal data or third-party platform data (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or X Data) to train third-party AI models in a manner that violates the terms of those platforms.

7. HOW DO WE HANDLE DATA FROM SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS?

In Short: If you choose to connect your social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X) to our Services, we access and process specific data to provide our marketing and management tools.

Our Services allow you to register and log in using your third-party social media account details. Furthermore, to provide our core services—such as content automation, posting, and analytics—we may require access to additional permissions on these platforms.

Types of Data We Access:

If you grant us permission by connecting a third-party account, we may collect and process the following data depending on the platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or X):

  • Profile Information: Name, email address, profile picture, and basic profile data.
  • Page and Organization Data: Information regarding companies, pages, or accounts you administer (e.g., Page Name, ID, follower counts, Instagram Professional Account details).
  • Marketing and Ad Data (LinkedIn & Meta): Data related to your advertising accounts, specifically including Ad Account IDs, Campaign Metrics, Audience Data, and Lead Generation Data (if applicable and authorized).
  • Engagement Metrics: Impressions, clicks, likes, comments, retweets, and other analytic data required to report on the performance of your content.


How We Use This Data:

We use this data solely to:

  1. Authenticate your identity.
  2. Enable you to create, manage, and publish content to these platforms via our interface.
  3. Provide Service to You: Data obtained via the LinkedIn Marketing API (and other platforms) is used solely to provide the subscribed service to the authorizing member or customer (e.g., campaign creation, optimization, and performance reporting).


Prohibited Uses:

We do not use data obtained from Social Media Platforms for:

  • Surveillance or tracking users across the web.
  • Determining eligibility for credit, employment, or insurance.
  • Selling data to data brokers or third-party ad networks.


Compliance with Platform Terms:

We are not responsible for other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notices to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information:

8. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see “WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?” above), in the United States and other countries.

Retention of Third-Party Platform Data:

Data collected from third-party social media platforms is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the specific service you requested and in strict compliance with the data retention policies of those platforms.

  • For example, certain Platform Data may be cached for limited periods (e.g., 24 to 48 hours for LinkedIn or Meta data).
  • Deletion Commitment: Data is deleted immediately upon disconnection of the LinkedIn (or other social platform) account or upon customer request, unless such data is strictly required for billing or legal compliance purposes.


When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

10. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.

However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

11. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can contact us using the contact information provided. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.

Withdrawing Social Media Permissions:

You may disconnect your social media accounts from our Services at any time via your account settings or directly through the security settings of the respective social media platform (e.g., LinkedIn Permitted Services, Facebook Business Integrations, or X Apps and Sessions). Upon disconnection, we will delete the data associated with that connection in accordance with our data retention policy.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.
